i work out everyday however the middle of my chest is still flat. how can i get the split down the middle of my chest? it seems like my chest workouts only hit the outside near the shoulders

i know this one well buddy becoz i suffer the same too.. u have to know a few pointers while doing yr dumbell presses....make sure you keep yr pecs tightened as u the rep goes full.n u have to have a pause at the top of the rep..also do more standard presses..so tat yr whole chest will be filled out more. the line will appear when the muscle does. keep doing yr presses more n as for the dumbell presses rememeber the pause at thetop very impt. brings the line. for the longer run there is this machine where u use the cables to press forward..in a stand leaning forward way. i think tats the cable chest extension or somthing. good luck.

Pushups, couple hundred a day, do wide, close and shoulder width pushups. That will tone you entire overall chest.

Flyes. Flat,Incline or Decline.

What exercises are you currently doing? Are you using machines or weights? What are your sets like?

That would help.

Do pushups.
