A Boob is a person who appeals foolish or insensitive. Someone may say, "You big boob!" claiming that they are very foolish and/or insensitive
The common usage of boob or boobs is the term for the female breast. It's a term used most commonly by Teenagers and Young Adults. Someone may say, "Looks at those boobs!" but if a male directs it to a female, chances are the female will find it offensive.

a boob is usually found in women, but there is such a thing as a "man boob." But what boobs/breasts are is fat, thats all it is, besides for the milk ducts and the stuff that goes along with that for women....

OMG, lol thanks for putting a smile on my face......truly the question of the century....a boob is a a female's breast, for example: " look at her huge boobs, they look fake"
boob by itself means only one breast but boobs includes both breasts.
