been seeing this guy for a few weeks and i mention the celebrity he likes, to try and get a response from him because she looks nothing like me different hair colour, different face shape the only thing i have in common with her is her eyes which are blue. i guess i just want some kind of response to see if he really likes me. i mean we speak every day and he has asked me out 3 times of which i did agree and had a great time. but how do i know if he likes me more than a friend? is it ok to look completely different to the person he fancies and to be still liked?

It is possible he finds her hotter, dosent mean your not the hottest girl in his life in real life. But its impossible he actually likes her more, he knows nothing about her. Its a fantasy girl.

It's just a harmless fantasy, my man likes Cheryl from girls aloud, i mean drooling at the sight of her and i look nothing like her. If he wanted someone like her he would'nt be with you. im sure you've got a crush on a filmstar or someone in the music industry, i love orlando bloom and my man looks nothing like him but i love him and wouln't be without him and him the same with me. If he wanted someone like her he would be with someone like her. I know it's hard but disregaurd his crush, the comments will soon dry up. good luck

Yes it's totally possible not every guy needs to someone to look like his celebrity crush to be attracted to them. And more than likely he has more than one crush, or woman he thinks is attractive and I bet they all don't look alike.
I think my man is very sexy, however he certainly doesn't look like Johnny Depp, or Dave Navarro, or Wentworth Miller or any of my celebrity crushes.
