depends on the guy.. and depends on what you mean by approach. If you mean approach to mean "i go to your dorm to say hi".. then not long if they are pretty sociable. If you mean approach as in get to know them better or flirt with them and whatnot.. that would take longer because you wanna know the girl first before you do anything (thats how i am.. i dunno about the rest of these guys)

Right away. I have no problem with walking right up adn asking a woman to coffee or to have lunch with me. They love it, because it shows confidence and class.

I usually do it when she's alone so that i don't feel a crowd of her friends looking at me while i ask her out or flirt with her.
