What is the point of doing that many reps? Don't you get bored by your 40th rep? Must take a long time for you to finish your workout! If I were you I'd aim for 10 reps. Put some weights on the bars!

Building muscle is all about high weight, low/medium amount of reps, and then eating alot of healthy food packed with protein. If you do so many reps, you will actually end up losing some weight instead.
Also keep in mind that what you eat is pretty much just as important as the working out itself, don't neglect that or else it won't happen!

My trainer has me start as a warm-up SOMETIMES doing 50 reps at a low weight. But after that, he says if you can do more the 12 reps... the weight is to light. If you can't do 8, the weight is probably to heavy.

Do your application. many times tactics that have reducing reps could have transforming into weight, so as which you warm up with say 20 lbs at 15, then bypass to 20-5 lbs at 12, and a marvelous type of others., only so which you're lifting heavy weight by ability of way of the fantastic around. it incredibly is powerful on account that your muscle gets wiped out as you strengthen weight, so as that it is the lots wiped out while you're lifting the heaviest weight and that's on a similar time as you tear it up, it incredibly is the objective, only so it would heal stronger and greater advantageous than in the previous than.

depends on what you're doing, if you doing bench press then put a little more weight on the bar, try doing heavey weight, like start with 125 for example do that 12 times, go up to 130 do that 10 times, five more pounds 8 times, 5 more pounds 4 times then a kill set with 150.
