his name is tyler he wont leave my alone he keeps on laying his head on mu shoulder and stuff like that and when i try not to sit by him i end up having to because there is know where else to sit. he knows who my boyfriend is and he told me i should brake up with him and i was like no and he keeps on telling me how much he still likes me and stuff.
he came by my locker today and said tell ur boyfriend if he touches me again im going to punch him and he sounded serious and he normaly wouldnt punch anyone he isnt really like that.i have told my boyfriend about this sictuation before but tyler still wouldnt stop. and tyler is one of my ex boyfriends.

i would try to handle it urself but tell ur boyfriend wuts going on...believe me ive went threw that it sucks...u have to be serious and stern wit tyler tell him exactly how u feel tell him to just back off...try ur hardest to stay away from him...there has gotta be other seats on the bus...tell the creep to beat it...be serious kinda scare him but dont say sumthin like oh my boyfriends gunna beat u up...well good luck

#1: don't sit on the bus. stand. away from tyler.
#2: tyler is not going to set his own boundaries based on your hints and complaints, because he's not mature or socially developed. You're going to have to treat him like a toddler, and set the boundaries firmly and clearly. that means consequences if he pushes those boundaries, not just saying "stop it, tyler" over and over.
#3: if you're not good at setting those boundaries yourself, you can enlist help: get your friends who also ride the bus to cluster around you, and keep him away from you. if you don't have friends who ride the bus, make some. find a guy on the bus who appears attractive and confident, and who appears to have a dislike for tyler's behavior towards you -- then chat that guy up, and ask him to reserve a seat for you the next day. at the very least it'll be another barrier for tyler to get through, and perhaps you'll end up with a new boyfriend as well.
Ultimately, you're responsible for you, and telling your boyfriend just puts that burden on him. Stand up for yourself, and stop engaging this toddler's antics.

You should tell your boyfriend.You should tell Tyler to leave you alone!Tell him that you like the other boy better than you ever did him and that you don't like him! I really haven't been in this situation,but I tell boys to leave me alone cuz I have a boy!

yeah, you should tell your boyfriend what tyler said he was gonna do to him. If Tyler doesn't leave you or him alone, just tell him to go hump a tree.
