We were together for 7yr before we got married and had a son. He was very abusive during this time I feared for my life and that of my child. I found out that he cheated on me the day of the final interview in Mexico and I feared that he would do something to me he would have probably killed me and taken my son if I would have not signed the papers for him so I had to do it. We stayed together 3 months till he got his temporary green card, after that he started to abuse me in front of son. So I left with my son when he made a threat to kill me and take my son to Mexico. He is now living with the women that he cheated on me with in Mexico and will not give me my divorce. I am also with someone else and couldn't be happier than we are now my son loves him as if he were his real father. My son is very hurt by what his father has done he never see him. His father’s girlfriend won’t let them spend any time together and treat my son very badly. So if you want to call me a ***** go ahead.

How do you know he got his green card through her? You can't unless he has committed a crime and planting evidence can get you in very big trouble. If you claim that the marriage was a sham or a fraud be ready to go to jail for several years and pay up 250k on your own part. Karma will get you if you try to do harm to others harm will come back to you.

A lesson here is never married / sponsor a stranger especially a foreigner without citizen or green card.

Your my type of person, I like your style. I suggest planting drugs in his car and calling the cops. I think drug abusers get deported.
