I know of a few, but my friend and I have a little project to make our own tea, and make it so it calms you down, and if possible, makes you happier, using ONLY legal substances and not using legal substances that show up as illegal substances on drug tests (for example, plants with THC that aren't marijuana).

So, any suggestions/ links to places that can give me those plants?

Also, try to keep it down to plants that we can buy easily, nothing very exotic and hard to find.

Also, if possible, can you give us a link to a site that gives directions on how to make your own tea?

Chamomile it grows wild in many areas. Your best bet is to buy it in the store, Celestial Season is the best, and it is pure. There is also Valerian which is a natural calming agent. I would not make tea, but buy the capsules at Walmart, it works. I found Spring Valley to make the best. Follow the directions very carefully and check with your Pharmacist if you take other medication.

Cannabis is the only plant with THC that science is aware of.
However, try some valerian root,St. John's Wort, Mexican Damiana, and cinnamon sticks. Cinnamon is a natural hallucinogen, use wisely and safely.
