The minute people stop questioning things is the minute we as a race become extinct.
Most question the beliefs because there has never been any strong evidence to point to the fact that the "one" god truely exists, except for a book that was written over 2,000 years ago which holds stories similar to what you would find in fantasy video games these days.
I question everything about that god and not one person telling me to turn around and believe without solid and conclusive proof will change my mind to their whim.

Because people are continually seeking.
People question because they have doubts. There are somethings that they do not understand or do not know.
One cannot just shove these things out of the way and ignore them - and just be happy.
If your faith was the true faith you should not be worried about people questioning. They would ultimately reach the conclusion that God and the bible are true if Christianity was the one true path.
People also grow closer to God through questioning. These questions lead them to understand and learn more about God and gain more understanding to their purpose.
And there is nothing in the bible that says that people should not question.

It really is not "Him" that people question. It is the ideas that have been fabricated by delusional men who claim to have the inside scoop on God. Nobody knows God. He spoke to nobody and wrote no books. We don't even know if God has a gender....that's an assumption made by old fools in antiquity. I cannot question a being that is way beyond my comprehension, but I can question a flawed, man-made book that is full of contradictions and nonsense.

Questioning is the path to true knowledge. We are beginning to have some real open minded questions and discoveries about the history of religions. They are becoming highly suspect in how they have come down to us. For those that are not caught in the addiction of religions are able to see truth were the indoctrinated can not and will not.
Boy the religious are going to feel real stupid when those blinders are blown off. The point is the truth is all around you if you open you eyes and see.

I'm glad to see someone new in here( a believer), but being new, I can tell you, don't expect straight answers from non-believers, they'll be ok until you hit their consciences, then they'll scream like banshees. I hope you can take punishment.

“Question with boldness even the existence of a God; because, if there be one, he must more approve of the homage of reason, than that of blind-folded fear.” Thomas Jefferson
If you are going to devote your entire life and being to something, does it not behoove you to make certain of its validity?

Although it is human nature to question, you are right! We need to trust in God, like we say we do.
God Bless!

because G-d has endowed me with a brain.
If I do not think and question then I am no better than an animal that runs on instinct or a robot that follows commands.
"I think therefor I am"

Because SHE created us as wondering, questioning beings. How sinful it is to deny what She has created.
