hasn't anybody heard of a bmi (body mass index)?

go to that site. it will tell you if you're overweight.

Mostly they're fishing for compliments or reassurance that they aren't fat.

maybe they want a honest opinion in another person's vision. but when they hear the truth that they are fat, they get depressed and eat more. But instead of sitting there do some exercise. at least 20 minutes a day...

uh no, BMI isn't something you should rely on, it said I'm overweight but I love my body and excersize and eat healthy, and have a nice shape and good looking body. Thats just a rough estimate.

People say that when they think they are fat, they just want someone to say that they are not so they feel better about themselves. Psychology!!

people that are fat do not ask that most of the time its the skinny people and most of the time they are just asking for compliments

people ask if they're fat mainly to be told that they're not...it's not about numbers but about how you look and how others perceive you
