Help Im really skinny you can see all my bones. I have a really fast metabolism i think because whenever i eat something i dont gain any weight at all. I have a whole plate of pasta or rice every night and also eat some sort of free-range meat on the side. I love to run but now im scared to because i think that will make me lose more weight than i already am losing. A lot of people are making fun of me and calling me anorexic but im not! all the fat girls would kill for my body but my stomach isn't just flat, it curves IN! I just cant seem to gain any weight. Any tips?

To gain weight you have to eat more calories than you burn. When adding calories, try to stay away from adding too much fat. While you can get fat from eating carbohydrates or protein, your body likes to use carbohydrates as fuel more than fat. To gain muscle, in addition to eating more you have to stimulate your muscles enough through resistance training that while they recover, they'll get bigger and stronger. To get an efficient workout you might want to join a gym if you aren't already a member.

The healthy determination is loosing between a million-2 kilos a week, yet whilst your too under pressure to look skinny and wipe away all your probelms, because of the fact being skinny extremely solves each and every thing doesnt it? So my buddy ask for some "preparation and tricks" out of your pals on the pro ana community. happy to help.

If you're already that skinny, running won't make you lose more weight, because there isn't any fat to lose! Working out could make you gain weight by gaining muscle. It can fill you out some.

You could have a health problem, or you just have a really fast metabolism, I am the same way and when I eat more I lose weight which is really strange.

Mabye your not noticing the effects? a fast metabolism is a good thing, but try increasing your food intake and do some weight lifting excersizes.

Heres a suggestion you may or may not want to hear, but try marijuana, it'll increase your appetite and you can basically clear out your stomach. also try siesta, its healthy and a stress reliever, it's basically a lunch and nap. you won't metabolise as much during a siesta while at the same time making you more alert, and making you mentally and physically stronger.

Eat more fish and vegetables. Veggies contain minerals and fish holds loads of protein.
