go out side and jog for 15 minutes everyday morning, at night to some light weight lifting to tone muscles..do this everyday and ull lose a lot of weight around 5 lbs a week .
drink green tea... its a food supressor and it increases ur metabolism .. u should lose around 5 lbs a week and lose 20 lbs around a month..DONT EAT SUGAR... dont drink soda...chips... those are the things that make u gain weight.. eat healthy snacks like carrots... fruits good luck

2 months is about 9 weeks... 2 lbs/week is very do-able.
1. Know how many calories you're eating now and cut back (10 to 15% as a general rule of thumb), but not drastically or your body will think you're in famine mode which is counter-productive to what you want to do. Also, in general, you don't want to go below 1500 cals/day.
2. Increase your activity level - cardio, walking, biking, strength training.
3. Cut out junk food and fast food (that right there should cut back on the calories a lot)

The only best way is exercise and watching your diet.
You can start by walking and doing light exercise. Gradually extend to longer and more rigorous workout.
Eat smaller portions, minimal use of dairy and processed food.
You can also try mixing a spoonful of honey with warm water and drink it first thing in the morning.
Beware of drinking copious amount of water during workout.
All of these should be done together - one without the other in this process will not yield results.

one way to loose weight fast is to jog but you have to make sure to to swing you hands wich causes motion in your obliques (side abs) wich if your a girs often results in a flat stomache (belly) if you are a guy it shall help you get a six pack also alot of people think starving your self helps well do not do that!!!!!! it causes your metablisom to slow down wich would make it alot harder to loose weight or gain mussle eat properly do not eat alot about 5-10 thousand calories a day
but also gaining mussle helps you loose weight example if there were two people one had about 6 pounds of mussle and the other had 3 and they were both shooting for 30 pounds loss and they both did the same amount of exersise the one who had six pounds of mussle would loose that weight 2 times as fast so i say do about 10-25 minutes of running every day and do a good amount of exersise every day 10-20 minutes ab exersises,pushups and if you can go to a gym or have weights at home exersise your legs and back those musles are the easiest way to gain mussle at first you will gain weight beacuse mussle weighs more than fat but then rapidly you will loose weight if you exersie and most importantly do cardio everyday

Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.
