is it better to tan without sunscreen or use 10 spf? how do you get a better tan?

Safest way is tan in a bottle. They no longer turn you orange and are easily purchased at grocery or drug store. If you are outside use highest SPF available. Skin Cancer is not nice!

the way to get the best most even tan, is to wear sunscreen and work or play outside ... you'll tan more evenly then just lying out
