I am trying to lose the weight i put on recently, but i have found that i cannot stop myself from eating. even after eating a well balanced healthy meal, my mind just goes crazy trying to find something else to eat. i literally cannot stop thinking about eating until i satisfy that compulsion. i have stopped stocking my kitchen with any unhealthy foods, so i either end up eating waaay to much normal 'healthy' food, or i end up driving to a fast food place and ordering way too much food, or going to the grocery store and buying a box of donuts, just to devour the whole thing in one sitting. If i don't do this, i cannot concentrate or focus on anything until i have. somehow willpower isn't the answer here. what can i do?
