I'm from the Dutch Antelles, and I can tell you that it most probabelly is one of the best parts to visit. The Dutch Antilles consosts of Aruba and the Netherlands Antilles, which in turn is Curacao, Bonaire, St. Martin, St. Eustatius and Saba.
I would have to recomend Curacao out of the bunch. It's the largest of the 6, and has the most stuff to do.
