Soma is a muscle relaxer. There is no Paracetamol (Tylenol) or anything else in it unless it is Soma Complex, which has aspirin in it as well. It is a very effective muscle relaxer but is one of the more dangerous and addictive ones because it metabolizes into Meprobomate which is what is in the tranquilizer Miltown and large doses can cause severe CNS depression.
