it was hard for me too...so i quit taking it! which can be very dangerous and i do not recommend without the assistance of your doctor. i experienced a number of negative side effects with paxil though, not just sexual. and imagine this...not having orgasms and feeling like my body wasn't mine anymore made me more depressed and anxious! funny aint it. seriously though, your doctor should be willing to work with you in monitoring and maybe even changing your meds until you find something that you are the most comfortable with. there are tons of mediacal options out there for you and your doctor to explore. i wish you luck.
