Tongue tied?

Like if I rap like a song i'll get all tongue tied and everything will get mixed up, what could help me so i don't get tongue tied?

i don't skip when i talk, it's just when i talk quick.

i don't have any infections, medical problems just speaking really quick while saying big words and normal words quickly..

Think about what you are saying before you say it. Sing the words first, then try change it to rap cr@p if you like.
Also, you have to be careful when you skip and talk at the same time. You could bite your tongue. lol

well think start rapping slolwy then speed up after like 2 times
