Go to DMV and fill out a lost title form. they can get it in a month or less.

Send a self addressed envelope to The Mexican Motor Vehicle Services Department.Tell them of your situation,and that you are applying for 'A Lost Title' it may also be known as a 'Bill of Sale'.They may be able to send you the proper application and the fee for doing this service.You may try this site.It may help you. http://www.highbeam.com/doc/1G1-69493322.html
