You don't say your age or his. are you still in school? Are you an adult? From what I read you were close in elementary school . That wears out with the coming of teen years Very few childhood friendships last that long. You must have other boys(men) around to chose from.

Ask him out, he says he doesnt like you but clearly he does..... And you never know just how much he likes you... He could probably be waiting for you to make your move, so go for it.... You just never know
