I heard that having one slice of cheese can help curb your hunger and actually help you eat less once dinner is ready. I would think a small bowl of low-fat plain yogurt would be ideal, but it's up to you. It's an acquired taste.

Dinner can be a one-pot affair such as Irish Colcannon (which is mashed potatoes, cabbage and diced ham), a rice, bean and cheese skillet dinner, or something you made in the crock pot.

Try to eat small snacks throughout the dayy and stuff. And when you come home just eat a yogurt, granola bar, donut, glass of milk OR just eat dinner and have a small snack later thats what I do!

Weel, try to avoid eating once you get home by having something that will control your crave for snacks. But snacking is ok as long as it's not big, is something healthy like lowfat yogurt or pretzels, and not something adictive. If your dinner is small, then you don't have to worry, but if it's big, again have something to make you not hungry for lunch or breakfast.

you should make home made chicken strips and mashed potatoes and green beans. and if that's to much work the pop in a frozen pizza in the oven and fry some french fries and then you have a great dinner and its really easy to make and hardly any dishes
