My best girl friend, is bulimic.... How to i go about approaching her and talking about it. She is not fat but she thinks she is. I don't want anything bad to happen to her, I kind of like her. I would do anything if it would make her stop.

I can't go to her family, because her brothers and dad are always calling her, her sister, and her mom fat a**, her mom basically starves herself, and her sister is bulimic too...

Please help, I don't want her to get hurt.... I love her, too much and would feel responsible if something happened. She passed out not too long ago....

Please help!!! I'm begging

Besides doing some serious knee bending prayers to Jesus for them, on their behalf, . . get them off the food addictive additives! Like mono sodium glutamate, aspartame(Equal/Sweet and Low) and foods cooked in rapeseed oil known as Canola oil here in the States!!! Also these 'chemical food additives' are created to make you FAT!!! Yes, even canola oil.
My advice is for you to look up the dangers of each one on the many different websites on them, and inform your girl friend, and her mother and sister. Their very lives may be at stack here! Bulimia is NOT a genetic disorder, but can be a drug induced disease!

Her family sounds like a bunch of ******* who are so cruel.

Call the cops if she is under age and call it abuse. Talk to someone at school or church. Any other adult; like your own parents, or a doctor.

There are too many places nowadays for any kind of help that people need.

Can you talk to her Mom about getting her in some counseling? I don't know what your beliefs are but I would suggest Christian counseling where the self esteem issues can be dealt with and pray for her.

This girl is in alot of trouble...is there a counselor you can confide in....she needs help and now....that father should be ashamed, the harm he is doing to his family may be irreversible....You are a true friend to ask this for her....she also needs your help.....maybe going to the school nurse might help....You have to start somewhere...
Your care & concern is wonderful, for someone your age.....Take care my friend...

Get her to her doctor as soon as you can.

You cannot help, her family cannot help.

Doctors that specialize in these treatments are the best thing.

You may have to trick her into it, somehow.

she has to learn to love herself, before she can help herself, talk to her about how beautiful she is and how you love her look, she really needs professional help, but helping her to accept her self might do her a world of good,
good luck
