i'm a weight lifter but abbs seem to be my weakness when it comes to working out. i'm looking for the fastest results possible.

if you truly are a weight lifter you would know that no supplement can help you with an ab program-you should already know how best to exercise your own body if you have a weakness in a specific area-you would have a trainer at a gym who could help you if you asked-a real weight trainer wouldn't be looking for fast results-MY GUESS is you're a kid who wants to look good in a hurry and is trying to get shortcuts to do it --there are no shortcuts--put in the heavy,hard ,slow training-that's the only way--good luck

Your body fat has to be at about 6-8%. Reduce your sodium intake. Some people naturally have better abs than others. Your abs are covered by fat, that's why you can't see them if your body fat is above 8%. Also drink tons of water.
