OK well my ex friend liked this boy ...... h e was on house arrest ... she told me that things would not be ths same between them anymore.......... i have seen him around .. and we have been talking and stuff... and now i really like him ... should i start my friendship over or go out with him ... sh ewont be happy if i date him but oh well... what shouldi do be friends with her or date him >?

if you are already not friends with her then just go out with the guy if you really are into him

I'd date him because she isn't really a friend of yours anyway. Then again, what kind of guy is he if he was on house arrest?

friends come first..
but if you're not friends try building the friendship again, and if that doesn't work, go for the guy.
