I think that when people die that they dont go to heaven, hell or anywhere else, their just dead. Ec 9:5 says the dead are not conscience of anything. So, correct me if im wrong.

probably Gave Lazarus more of a chance to earn more for Gods kingdom, preach the gospel. For this is our workplace, and heaven is our paycheck.

In the account of Jesus raising Lazarus up from the dead, he speaks to Martha, John 11:25--"I am the resurrection and the life" and he goes on to explain in the rest of the verses, 25-45 of that account the full reason for the resurrection of Lazarus, including his prayer to the Father, Yahweh God so that they would realize that he, Jesus, was empowered by God's Holy Spirit to raise the dead.
You are correct that people are just dead when they die. As Jesus so kindly put it, "He is resting". The expression , they are laid to rest, when people are buried, comes from the Bible. And people are resting in death, with no thoughts or consciousness or work or anything, just waiting for that call from Jesus, those ones in God's memory, to be resurrected after Armageddon.

People could not go to heaven until Jesus was resurrected and they went to a world called Paradise. Jesus told the thief on the cross next to him that he would be with him in Paradise. After Jesus was resurrected I think that's when he took all the dead with him to Heaven. Nobody was allowed in Heaven because of sin and that was the point of Jesus coming to earth so we could all go there. I think he did it just to show how powerful God was and that he could raise up from the dead whoever he wanted. Ec 9:5 is talking about the spiritually dead and how they are not aware of God or the spirit world or anything spiritual.

If you are familiar with the death of Lazarus, Jesus waited two days after He was told Lazarus was sick.

Jesus said, " This sickness will not end in death. No, it is for God's glory so that God's Son may be Glorified through it."
(John 11:4-6)

Ecc. 9:5 is talking about evil people.

Lazarus and His sisters knew Jesus was the Lord.
Read all of John 11

If Lazarus was in heaven I don't think he would have minded being brought back to life by God.

Being in heaven or being with God, either way had to be awesome.

Another point to remember is that Jesus resessitated (sorry, can't spell) Lazarus. He even said that Lazarus was "sleeping." So metaphorically, he was dead but not the final dead. The only resurrection so far (by Catholic belief, at least) is Jesus himself.

Why did Jesus call Lazarus back? Could have been that it wasn't really Lazarus' time, or maybe it was a sign that Jesus was supposed to perform. Maybe it was God's will, or maybe it's just how it was supposed to be. To Jews of that time, there was NOTHING after death, so most of them wouldn't say that it was a better place because it was nothingness.

Lazarus wasn't in Heaven. Everything in the Bible suggests that death is a state of unconciousness/nonexistence. Jesus himself said that Lazarus was sleeping, and that he was on the way to wake him up. This demonstrated how easily Jesus, working by means of God's Holy Spirit, would be able to bring a dead person back to life. You're right. A resurrection isn't really a resurrection if you're bringing someone back from heaven down to earth. That's like giving someone a promotion to a far superior position and then demoting them back to the original position.

Jesus himself said that no man has yet ascended to Heaven except he that descended, referring to himself ( I paraphrased of course, but that's what he said ) NOBODY that had died up to the point of Jesus own death and resurrection made it to Heaven. PERIOD.
Enoch was taken so as not to see a brutal death at the hands of his enemies. God ended his life peacefully. Elijah was merely transported from one part of the Earth to another. A letter that he wrote a few years later can be found in Chronicles.

Lazarus was not resurrected he was brought back to life. He would die again. Resurrection means that you will live for eternity and have to die again.
Lazarus was brought back "for the glory of God, that the Son of God might be glorified thereby."

John 11: 4 When Jesus heard that, he said, This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God might be glorified thereby.

The rich man said send Lazarus "that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame."
Your statement about people not feeling or knowing anything is not true. Those in hell are tormented by the flames and the worm that never dies.

Luke 16:20 - And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores,

Luke 16:23 - And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.

Luke 16:24 - And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.

Luke 16:25 - But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented.

Lazarus was in Hades, not heaven, he hadn't excepted Jesus yet. trust me, all those that died before Jesus did not go to heaven except for Enoch and Elijah, and they didnt even die. They were translated.

It's in the bible, I promise.

The dead know nothing because physically they do not. In the spiritual realm the soul knows all things. All of our mysteries on Earth anyway.

costly, individual all concept of God, hell and heaven is from some e book and theory device, yet in actual international actuality is distinctive. case in point we are linked God with some style. That style could be like a statue of Jesus. yet whilst the God power is obtainable in different style with different subculture and different area of the international, all christian won't in a position to recongnised God and could no longer settle for it as a God. God is to no longer have faith yet to journey. Seating in silence will demonstrate each and every thing in longer time. This journey is greater real than any e book and any ideals. theory are merely concept. reality is beyong the assumption and word and e book. reality is from merely self-journey merely.

If there was ever a moment where God's image was subject to death and died, then God would not be infinite and He would know death and evil as being real, or a god beside Him. Lazarus still had to overcome mortality, so of course he came back to work out the solution of being.
