i dont have weights at my house and i can't go to the gym...im in 10th grade and im about 107lbs...i at least want a six pack, so what do i do. Please dont say "well do sit-ups, and push-ups) if you are PLEASE be specific, as in how many reps and what type

This should work- if you don't have access to a pool just leave that step out.

Ah yes the lack of weights, as a high school student myself, i found that yard sales usually sell cheap weights, or craigslist.com. If you absolutely can't find weights, try basketball or some other contact sport. Running is good for toning, but not as much building muscle. By the way, sit ups and push ups are really good for the whole six pack thing, and there isn't a minimum amount of reps, but i tend to do them until i absolutely can't do anymore...and then try to do another ten.
