I'm a former gymnast and I'm about 15lbs overweight (for my height) due to my body being nothing but muscle. Yes, I know it sounds weird that I want to lose it and not gain it, but I've had enough of looking like this, I'd like to look more feminine/lean. I do alot of swimming and longboarding, but is that enough?

''due to my body being nothing but muscle''

So no bones huh? All joking aside having nothing but muscles is impossible, you will ALWAYS have some body fat on you no matter what. Males have around 10% body fat while females have around 18% body fat. Professional bodybuilders have between 2-3% body fat usually. So you see, you can't be ''all muscles''.

Swimming won't make you lose muscle, it will make lose fat, gain muscle and endurance. If you want to lose weight, I suggest going on a diet. (you might also lose some muscle by going on a diet.) 15 lbs overweight is not bad as long as it is muscle and not fat, so if you are 15 lbs overweight with muscle it is good but again you can't be ''all muscles''.

I also honesty doubt being 15 lbs overweight of muscle makes you look less feminine or more ''manly'' for that matter.
