Well I am 22 and my boyfriend is 23 and we have been together over 8 years. I think the problem might be is your young and when I was 18 I use to think that I was missing out on the dating part of life. We went through a rough patch but once I realized I loved him more then anything and when I think of him I get feelings of overwhelming joy. Just take time and really think about what is wrong with the situation. Don't be with someone out of guilt or feelings of loyalty. Best of Luck.

All relationships have a rough patch, they need to be worked through. If you've been together for a year it must me you guys really care for each other, but there will always be a time when you question if you are really in love with this person. I would stick with him. My own relationship with my bf had a really bad ruff patch were I avoided him as much as possible and got mad at him for reasons other people thought were stupid, unfortunatly for me I broke up with him before I gave it enough time to subside, and I felt way guilty, and now he's dating my best friend so you see how well it worked for me. Trust me wait a while give him some time to show how much he cares for you, plan a romantic date to a movie and stuff, and make it a horror show ;) and give it some time beofre you consider ending it.

Well maybe you love him but not in love with him anymore. Technically I can't answer your question because i don't have a boyfriend. But if you are debating to stay with him or not then obviously you don't truly love him, or maybe you want something more from him which you're not getting at the moment.
p.s You're still young and will go through a few more guys before you find the one that you won't have doubts about.

If you're that young, you probably just want to explore more options. It's natural. Eventually you'll find someone who remains special after the initial infatuation is over.
Also, you have to work at relationships. If you don't want to, then that's fine... jump into another, get bored of it, rinse and repeat.

my girlfriend and i have been togeather for 7 yrs.and to tell you the truth i love her so much i dont know what i would do without her.i mean she has pulled me through alot of hard times.of course we have our times, just like everyone else, but we reconize them and we sit down and talk things put, before it goes too far.i guess when your young, you get mad and throw in the towel, but when you get older, you realize how much both of you really mean to each other.i tell you we have been through hell and back again and we are still togeather.for both people to love each other, both has to work on it every day.and dont work against each other, but work togeather.you will learn what real love means when you get older.i didnt mean to ramble on like this, but i wanted to tell you what real love for each other was all about.
