You probably won't find one there.

If you find one anywhere, then you should probably consider the source. That's because "misery," "failure," and "anxiety" are a part of life. Everyone has to go through their own versions, and some get to skip one of the three.

If you want to eliminate two of the three, then you have to take a good long hard look at prayer, and try to understand it. What is it that you want? Is that what you are asking for when you try to speak, or wish to God?

Do you expect God to not give you what you deserve?

Here's a thought to help you. "Do the best I can, and if that isn't good enough, then they can get someone else." That one will help your anxiety.

Then actually do it. That will eliminate your failure.

Don't expect anything in return other than what you bargained for in the beginning. That will reduce your misery.

And if you want God to help you, pray that God will talk to you.

Regards,

Chris

King David's - Psalms are all about misery, failure and anxiety. You might want to start there.
