I'm fed up with it too, especially as it has gone on my face.

I have tried all of the creams that the doctor has to offer, but sunshine is still the best. I did have sun shower treatment at the hospital once, that got rid of it for about nine months.

The best cream that I have at the moment is Alphosyl HC which can be put on the face, and it smooths out the patches, and stops them being so white looking, and dry.

I did find out a while back that there is a cream called Mahonia Cream, I have yet to try it, as I believe it is on sale in the US, and I live in the UK. I have given the link to the site about it below, I think anything is worth a try, I'd give anything to get rid of it.

If you look down the list on the left you will see the product.

It depends where you live. In the UK you can get a referal to a specialist who will put you on a medicine to abate it. In the meantime ask your GP for Dovobet, it is the best on the market. Get some genuine dead sea salts, half a kilo in the bath each day, a good soak, air dry after getting out. Use a good moisturiser.

The right medicine would be Enbrel if you had it really bad, just go see your rheumatologist and see if you can get it .It is a shot that you give your self at home, it is prescribed by the doctor. It is also used for Arthritis just go see your doctor and see what they say is best for you.

I've heard you can let a dog lick it and it will disappear. My sister had it when she was a teenager. She still does but it's not as bad. She did let the dog lick it, and every other "folk" thing she heard of.
