let us talk about LIFE.

there is a beginning ( Birth )
and an end ( Death )

all is very natural, even the feeling of joy with a new birth and the tears and feeling sad with death.

all is very healthy and natural.

what you feel is very natural.

but.... remember these are just feelings. Nothing else !
Just feelings.

You, I and anybody else have to accept the natural order of life. We will all die.

I can share your feelings of sadness but you are still young and need to focus on the now, not on the loss or a loved one.

YOU did nothing wrong. YOU did not decide his death.
This comes from a higher authority.

Just live your life the best you can, reach for the stars.
enjoy life, enjoy all there is to experience. Choose the positive.

The smell of flowers
the sight of a rainbow, the sounds of birds, etc.

LIVE !

Your dad in your memories, you will never forget him and that is good, too.

this is now YOUR life, go on with it.

No need to visit his grave, you can not help him.
You CAN help yourself and if it help YOU to go to his grave, just go.

First, let me say how sorry I am that you lost your father. I know how you feel, I lost mine too. Everyone grieves differently, and there is no right or wrong way. Even though others may not express their sorrow like you do, does not mean they don't hurt inside too. You had a very special father, and you will hold him in your heart forever. No one can take that away!

Because of my loss too, I started a memorial teddy bear business. It may help you too. www.memorybears.net Let me know if I can help!

God Bless!
