120-133 (small frame) 130-144 (medium frame)
140-159 (large frame)
*I think it's safe to say since you are 12yrs. old knock 5 pounds less for each one.

About 2 pounds of weight per inch of height is a good formula, for now. So, up to 132 lbs. you are absolutely healthy and normal. If you weigh over 150 lbs. you need to lose weight.

you are 12 years old, you shouldn't care about how much you weigh.. but I'll tell you..you should weigh between 110 and 148 pounds.

i hate when people ask this question .. like shut up. if you're fitting into normal clothes ok, and you're not selfconcious, then you weigh what you should.
