Please it hurts and I want to eat but there is a little voice that tells me not to

We need movement.Eat and burn every day and always.we need rest when we are really tired.So we can eat ,sometimes a lot.BURN BURN BURN this is the way.

Starving yourself is never a good way to diet. You never really lose weight,or at least you don't lose weight that will stay off. What happens is that your body thinks it is being starved to death and instead of losing weight from fat cells the body holds on to these and you start to break down fat from your muscles, not good for you. You are better off eating and putting your body into a state where it knows it's going to get food and dit will lose the weight from the fat. I would say the two diets that are the best are Weight Watchers and the South Beach Diet. You can get some idea of what both diet is like by looking on line at both sites and see which diet suits you best. You can lose easily on either diet, they have both worked for me.

stop starving your self after you aren't starving your self any more start eating organic and find out you blood type then get the book eat roght for you blood type and follow what your sopasta eat once i'm soposta avoid avacados and it was in a dip it was delisis so i had alot and i didn't feel so good with eating organic and doing my blood type i lost eight pounds thares an all natarl and organic food store called trader joes and whole foods try those places out don't forget to exer size hope you feel better :)
