Sit ups, sit ups, and some more sit ups. You might want to try this also, when you're going about your daily routine, whether it's sitting at the office or watching your kids, or even grocery shopping, try to tighten your stomach muscles all day (or when you remember) It's like sucking in your gut, but not in the " i can hardly breath" look. Do it every other minute, you'll feel the burn by the 3rd time you tighten. I was a gymnast from 92-00 and really haven't worked out since then, and by doing this everyday (or when I remember) I still have my hard FLAT stomach! *good-luck*
