Yes to all. It is especially good with fruit punch. Try this:
big bottle Hawaiin punch
2 liter 7up
Can pineapple juice
Ice
bottle of rum
Scoops of vanilla ice cream
Drink and enjoy, YUMMY!!

The quick and easy answer is yes. malibu and coke is delicious but can mix any rum with juices too. Whatever you like mix it with that

Try rum with coca cola, it is really good. It is a common drink in Europe, but most bartenders here in US never heard of it.
