You could gain muscle this way but do not forget the legs. You would not want a bigger upper body and skinny legs.Try some creatine at first for a supplement.

All you need is a bench and free weights. Do some searches online for excercises you can do. You can work just about every muscle in your body w/ a bench and free weights. Or go to a book store and get a book, there are a ton of them that have good at home exercises. I wouldn't worry about creatine, it's expensive and your not a pro-builder. It doesn't help THAT much, and it goes to fat if you don't use it, and it depliets quickly from your muscles. You can increase your creatine by eating red meats like steak. Try a protien shake, in the morning, mid-workout, after workout and before bed(Depending on how much protien you get in your day, you may not need all of that, but post workout is the most important. Taking protien mid workout and before bed stops your body from going into a catabolic state, which uses muscle for energy. Also take a multi-vitamin (half of one in the morning, the other half at night).
