140-155 depending on shape and body type...nothing below 140..cause that would just be way to thin.

Based on woman who is 20 years old and has an activity level of "light exercise" (1-3 days a week)

Hamwi Based Calculations: 135 pounds for a small frame, 150 pounds for a medium frame, and 165 pounds for a large frame.

Robinson Based Calculation: 145 pounds.

Miller Based Calculation: 147 pounds.

BMI Based Calculation: 160 pounds.

rule of thumb...5 feet should weigh 100 and 5 pounds more for every inch of height, so you'd be 150

That is pretty tall for a girl. I would say 130-140

in between 120 and 250 is great. But who cares if you are over 250?
