First of all, I need to tell you that males who use the word "ladies" to address women come off as sounding TOTALLY CREEPY and smarmy. Do not say that word, please.
Second, if a woman asks you out, I wouldn't stop to analyze her motives. Just ask her where and when, and then see what happens.

It means she likes you and got up enough courage to ask you. Why not go out on a date with her? You never know something really good could come out of it.
