God will not judge you at all! God is pure Divine love, and pure divine love does not sit waiting to judge us for our wrongs. Pure Divine love is kind, forgiving, gentle, patience, etc., so relax and trust God. And yes those fish do have a soul, but you did not kill them in reality, because anything with a soul can not be destroyed in any way, but lives on forever, so the fish are still alive, their soul that is, they just simple changed form when you forced them out of their bodies, that's all. So relax....

Apperently the whole murder thing is kind of selective. If you are tasty, well then we can kill you. If you are a pest (i.e. flies, bugs, vermin), we can kill. If you are of a different religion we can kill. As far as I know, Goldfish don't fall under any kind of things god cares about according to religion. So you are free to go.
