get a hot trainer that is top at a local gym and pay for an hour of training once or twice a week and work on your pecks only. or plastic surgey for implants but thats really really expensive compared to a good trainer. i'd go for the trainer but not more than 3 per week need some rest in between working them out.

Many different ways:

Push-Ups
Bench Press
Incline Press
Decline Press
are just a few

If you are looking to add bulk do more weight and less reps.
If you are looking to tone up do less weight and more reps.

I would recommend working chest only twice a week Max 3 times depending upon the workout. Sufficient time would two days off after each chest day.

2 words: BENCH PRESS

If you simply cannot do that, then do push ups with your arms far apart. Keeping them close together emphasizes the triceps.

If you want bigger pecs than you have, you really need to lift weights though. It is the only way to really stimulate actual muscle growth.

Doing "flys" instead of "presses" may feel like it works your pecs more, but that is not true. Pressing motions are the best way to work your chest.

In addition to lifting high weights for low reps, you need to have a healthy diet and get plenty of rest. There's no magic way to get big muscles. It takes work and discipline. Good luck.

Contrary to popular belief....Flat Bench press ISN'T the best exercise for chest
its 90% shoulders and triceps...dont believe me ask anyone that really knows what their talking about...not a friend someone with at least a Masters degree in Kinesiology
Better exercises are Incline Bench press, Decline bench press, Dips

Your chest is best worked out with bench presses (flat and inclined) and flys (flat and inclined). Those are the classic exercises that everyone uses and they've worked fine for everyone.

bench press is probably the best, dont forget though there is three was to bench press the inclined is one. push ups work them alittle and then you could always use free weights(dumbbells)
