Alright...here goes....
When i was 16 yrs old, you could say that i found my first-love. We were inseparable, would do anything for each other, we were each other's first true-love. Since i grew up in a very strict household, my parents were against our relationship, esp.since i was so young. But we still stayed together, without either of our parents knowing for another 3-4 yrs. He had to break it off with me bcuz i had a friend who kept telling me not to trust him and from time-to-time, i would break upwith him and then get back together, break-up, get back together, etc...
I don't blame him for breaking it off, what was he supposed to do. Now, 7 yrs later, i see him in a dream, decide to try to contact him via one of those reunion sites, and to my surprise, he responded! We both r very happy to be in contact with each other again, but looks like neither one of us want to make the 1st move. I know he still has feelings 4 me, but he won't budge. Does he want a relationship?

Maybe, maybe not, but who would know? not us certainly to be honest....
You need to find out much, much more, ask days worth of questions and get to know him all over again for starters..
lot of people and things change in 7 years..for all you know he is an alcoholic or not..again, we do not know him...start asking every question you can think of..but is it the truth? ???? anyone can tell you anything over the phone or internet; even if you knew them once before..
be careful...
... then maybe meet new and interesting men in person and date some...
But..this is not what you want to hear, is it?

wear something that is totally irresistible.
not to sexy, but just enough to look to make him want you. Hair and make-up beautiful. Smell really nice, but not loud. When you first see him huge him really close, as if you missed him. Let him smell you because he will. Then jump back and act natural like lets talk (really perky). If he hasn't tried to penned you to the floor before the conversation has started. He's really nervous, So rub is arm or back in a slow motion while talking. He would probably explode.

Guys usually prefer that the girls make the first move just like girls do as well! Especially if it somehting like that deep you should go for it to make him feel less uncomfortable soon both of you would relax and it would be easier.
He does want a relationship or else he wouldn't have bothered go for it and Good Luck!

im not sure if he wants that or not but if u really like him then you make the first move and he will know that you still like him just try it wat's the worst that could happen?

Maybe thant time he was in touble,anyboy all time not feeling good , some times guys in some problumes so they leaves all.

contrary to what most girls think, guys usually want you to make the first move. ask him out to lunch or something and see how it goes.
