He kind of knows I like him and sort of not. He already turned down alot of girls and I don't want to be turned down. He even said no to this really pretty girl. And this girl said she's gonna ask him out soon and what if he says yes to her!

Well, have you spoken to him in person often? or over MSN? You've gotta get to know him, see if he's giving you those "good vibrations" if so, then aks him out.
Don't ask him because everyone's doing it, guys will come and go hun.

There are some motives; a million. the guy may basically oftentimes imagine the lady is out of his league so that they don't problem 2. concern of having rejected. you know ways adult men have egos? nicely they're honestly bruised and may't take too many beatings :P 3. prevalent mindset of the lady? acceptable ladies know their acceptable so if the guy isn't extremely eye-catching they're immediately shot down with no chance.. they could no longer be approachable? 4. it isn't straightforward to positioned your self obtainable.. yet specifically huge form 2.. desire that enables!

Don't wait.!! Hurry up and make your move. If he says NO move on. you're obviously to good for him and he sounds pretty picky.
(yes, this is 2 different people) I say, Find a different guy who asks YOU on a date. Then you'll see if that first guy REALLY likes you.
