I play basketball, and i went to the emergency room last night to find out that i had Testicular Torsion, they did the surgery on me and now its just paining a little bit not too much though. My question is though, how long can it be before i can start playing basketball again at full potential?

I would give it about 3-4 weeks. One of the things they have to do is untwist the testicle, then tack in down, or it will twist again. This is common in young people mostly, but can happen to anyone.

Don't rush it, take your time and all will be well.
