I am pretty sure you are getting a huge nicotine buzz and that tends to give you the nausea. I sometimes get it when I smoke a strong cigar. One way I have found is to drink a sugared soda and that tends to kill the nicotine buzz.

I never heard of smoking on a full stomach helping or needing a drink. The bottom line is you build up a tolerance and get used to cigars after some time but at first you will get a little light headed, it's no big deal.

It's probably the nicotine that's making you nauseous. You could try this....take some sea sickness medicine about 30 minutes before you smoke.....something like Dramamine. This is easily bought at stores such as WalMart. Best of luck to you.

Treated tobacco is way more toxic than a natural form.
That said, try to get some cigars that haven't been sprayed and poisoned to death.
Where to find them?
I can't tell you.
Good luck.

It's a sign your body is not use to it, either keep smoking them to get use to them or a better idea is to not smoke them at all, even if you don't inhale it can still cause cancer of the mouth.
