I think there are more serious problems in this relationship other than your girlfriend playing sick to avoid intimacy.
You really need to sit her down and have a serious talk with her. It sounds like it may be time to part ways. If it is because you are overweight and not chippendale quality, then she has issues, and isn't the right person for you.
Love should be based on a mutual attraction and be built on a foundation of trust, and commitment.
If the physical aspect of your relationship is suffering, then you need to find out why, before things get very bad.

Sweetie,if she loves you,then obviously it isnt your appearance or she would not be with you.If you care about someone,genuinely you do not look outside,but inside.You grow to care about them,their feelings and how they feel before yourself.If you feel this way,then you arent very secure in your relationship.Maybe,she is avoiding being intimate because she does not want to be that "intimate" with someone until she is married.There are females,and it isnt uncommon to save that intimacy for the one your going to spend the rest of your life with.Maybe she hasnt figured out if you are in fact that "one" she is going to spend her life with.You need address this issue with her.Ask her,why she pretends to be sick,and tell her to be honest with you.If she cannot look past the outter image,you need to find someone who can and will.If she cares about you,she will not care what the outside looks like.It matters not what a person is like on the outside,the ugliest person in the world actually ends up being the sweetest and most kind.If she doesnt want to be with someone before marriage,either respect that or if you cant then get out of the relationship.Talk to her,and dont say you are ugly.Odds are,she was attracted to you physically before anything else.Maybe,there is something wrong emotionally.Just speak to her about it,get it out there.If you dont,you will spend your life wondering.You do not need that.Good luck hun,and have a good evening!!

Well, do you give her space? Maybe you are a little into her own private space. Or maybe she does find you unattractive. I would ask her not dump her right away as some people might say. She must have a reason because everyone avoids you for a reason. ..If this is the case then you might have to dump her later on.. people shouldn't care about looks even though people do which is pretty sad.

being overweight and ugly are physical appearance .physical appearance doesnt matter in true love.your gf must not be loving you.coz in true love we dont look after the look of a person , but we search for the beauty of heart. she is pretending to be sick coz she either she dont loves or she may be really sick.

It sounds like she is just not interested in you. Dump her and find someone that will apperciate you for who you are... You know what I would have done... I would have kinda ran into her running laps... and would have been like.. "Hmm this looks like you are really sick"... and that will make her feel like crap.. but I think she deserves it for lying.

If you ask her about it, you might get hurt. Leave her alone and find someone else who appreciates your company. You are self-conscious and need a girl who will build you up and make you feel good about yourself.
