...he is planning on starting World-War-3, will draft all the legal able bodied citizens for the war and needs the illegals to work in the factories as slaves for next to nothing?

No to keep his corporate buddies happy with cheap labor and to ensure that most of the voters are poorly educated immigrants who will vote as their told without questioning the issues.
