Provided your body has what it needs, your bone growth is genetic, although milk and such will help.

If you're not eating properly and your body doesn't have the nutrition it needs, your bone growth will slow or even stop - a car can't run without gas.

Bones cannot grow properly if they do not receive the food for growth.

Poor nutrition is called MALNUTRITION. With a poor diet it can happen to anyone.

Take a good multi vitamin and eat healthy meals.
