How do I let my cannon powershot load videos?

whenever i try to load them, it doesn't load and only loads my pictures. is it because the default thingy is microsoft picture it?

I use Picasa to download my photos and videos from my Canon Powershot camera (memory cards) to my computer, and it works great, and is very simple.

go to my documents and click video folder. all video files will authomatically save directly to video folder and ur picture to picture folder. try it.
