I joined a yahoo group and then wrote a story about what i would do to my man when he came home from work i got replys to that for sure. But they were all players, I wanted more. I gave a response to someone about this fact. This is what i said;
The bad thing about online guys I meet, (and I am sure this is true for the guys with girls they chat too), Is you meet a lot of nice guys and a lot of them have the right words. They say they can picture you being with them. Some say they would love to meet you. But no one makes a move. Are most of the people here just to have fun or is anyone really serious about finding someone to get to know amd build a relationship, one that could last.
I'm not putting anyone down either. If you are here for fun that is ok, so am I, but I want more too.
If there is anyone interested out there, let me know, as you can tell I do have some ideas of my own.
I also got answers to this. I got 3 answers from one guy before i even had a chance to answer him back. We started talking and are still talking. He had the right words and has given me more love and joy then i ever felt before. I have fallen in love with him and he with me. So maybe a yahoo group would work to meet someone. It did for me.

It's 100% free to do everything. You can send messages for free, you can send something called a "match request" for free (if you are lazy and don't want to type a message evertime...it's like an icebreaker, but you get to see if the other person is interested or not).
I know some websites say they are "free", but aren't really. Usually, you'll find out when you try to send a message. But I know it's free to do everything on SomeoneForEveryone.net
You can also try social networks to contact people, but I think the chances of a reply are smaller... Just my opinion.
