Ummm...that makes you 11...how do you even go "out"?
But, to answer your question, maybe ask him if he wants to eat lunch one day at school. After awhile you could invite him over to your house (with your folks there) to do homework together? That usually means your folks will ask him over to dinner and you can talk more.
But 11 seems...young to want to "go out." I didn't even know one could "go out" at 11...

ok well when i was in 6th grade, i kinda just told the boy i liked him, and he was like cool, so lets just go out. but now that im about to go to ninth grade, usually guys ask. the thing is, you kinda hint around, and if the guy gets the hint and he likes u, he'll ask you out, but if he doesnt like you, oh well. you tried. good luck!

Its hard i know. Why not ask him to the movies or something. Does he like you?, If your not sure just ask him out as friends until you know how he feels about you. Try just talking to him around the school yard for a while. Then when you get to know him more it will be easier to ask him out

i am in 6th grade to and i think you should just ask him. it should work all my gfs (3) asked me out so i think it works.
